I trying to learn how to do front tucks and back tucks. They look pretty good except i cant get enough height. So in other words, if I were to try a back tuck on floor without a spotter, I would land probably flat on my face.
HOW DO I GET HEIGHT IN MY TUCKS??:confused:
I have a christmas break from now until next year, and I wanna condition in that time to help me get my kip. Does anyone know of any conditioning exercises I can do at home to help do my kip? How many a day?

so is would it need treatment? It's not like cancer or anything serious like that, right?? Everytime I attempt to do a bhs, I know I can do it, but when I swing my arms for takeoff, my body just freezes. Like I have the motivation but my body won't let me. Is this vestibular?
