does anyone know of any good braces for forwards movement (knee over ankle/flexing instead of twisting)? i’ve been taping for months but it’s really costly and takes too much time
what combinations of tumbling passes are eligible for 10.0 SV in xcel diamond? I’m looking for ones that don’t include back handsprings or twisting if possible!

Is a pike on half twist off on bars an eligible dismount for Xcel diamond with a 10.0 SV? I don’t know if this is what the dismount is called, but it has no flipping
How should you fall if you miss a toe shoot? I know some people fall on their feet but I fall flat on my stomach and can’t change it so I want to know how to make that the least painful.. Are my legs supposed to be straight or bent? Any other tips on how to fall on stomach out of toe shoot?
Where are your arms supposed to be in a front layout front tuck? My coach tells me to never bring them up but I don’t understand how I’m supposed to front tuck out of the front layout with my arms down. Any tips?
