    I always found that making sure my hips were straight forward before I go was helpful and also slowing down the skill. Good luck at regionals!

    sorry I dont have any videos! But also it’s not that I can’t do it on a tumbletrak or tramp we just don’t use the those for front pikes at my gym.

    I used to compete front pike but then I had an ankle injury and took some time off from tumbling. I’ve done my front pike maybe once or twice since then but now I can’t get it to look like a front pike. I’m just doing a front tuck every time and I could really use some help!

    yeah, in my region they are all the same design but in different colors and reading the state they represent on the front. I think this is how it’s done in other regions as well.

    I’m not from region 8, but I believe in most regions the region leotard is something anyone can buy to wear at practice to celebrate attending regionals! Usually state team leotards won’t say the region but it will say the state you represent so I’m sure you can buy it!
