This is the most random question but I wanted to know what everyone’s wristband color preference was? I have had white, navy and black and not sure which I liked most. Any thoughts?
Hmmmm I guess that makes sense but it seems to work fine for me. So I think either works but non dominant is probably better. Doing what’s natural and comfortable is best!
I put my dominant hand in front.
I would think whatever hand placement feels most comfortable to the gymnast is what should be used in the BHS.
I almost have my BHS on high beam so hope this helps!
Im training level 8 and know what I have to get on all the events but floor. Do you need 2 or 3 tumbling passes? How many A’s and B’s? Is a 1 1/2 and a switch leap pass enough for the main dance elements? Thank you!
