I currently have an elbow injury and I don’t want to loose strength in my arms. Any ideas on what I can do to continue getting stronger in my arms so I don’t loose any bars skills?
My lowest score so far was in level 5 on beam. I got a 6.1 and I fell twice on my backwalkover because I didn’t have a chance to warm it up and I was in a gym that didn’t focus on form and technique that much so my gymnastics wasn’t the best.
