    Parents Visiting gyms on vacation

We tried to set up training near our cabin lat year. Our coach told us the gym was unresponsive to our request. So, we have work outs to maintain strength. She does them three--4 days a week while we are at the lake. We always make it fun and hang out by the lake - sometimes the family gets...

    Parents Need advice, please.

Thanks everyone. I reported it. I tend to agree that not saying anything allows the verbal abuse to continue. I also sent them a very detailed medical report on what exactly she is being treated for with a diagram. HAHA!

Fair enough point, I spoke with the head coach yesterday and told her the injury and restrictions "Weight bearing as tolerated with no running or jumping". I suppose I could have sent it with her in writing at the time but the coaches didn't ask for it.

WAG Skipping level 5 and 6

Our gym has done it both ways- this year it seems that the girls who scored out of 5 really struggled with 6. So for my DDs team they told us they want them to compete level 5 in the fall throughout the entire season and then skip to 7. They are already working on skills for 7 and 8. So...

WAG Big mess before state meet this weekend:(

I am so sorry you daughter was treated so poorly and by adults who she should be able to count on as a role model. Not to mention the amount of money you are paying to have that adult spend time and instruct your daughter! Perhaps an adult shaming email directly to HC#2 copied to HC and owner...

Ugh, my daughter has been working on it for almost a year. Last on her team level to get it. Got her long hang (inconsistently) and finally last Thursday got her low bar kip! She made it 6 times and her coaches recorded it, everyone was so excited! She has not made it since :(
