Parents How much does ballet help gymnastics training?

It definitely helps, but at her age if she doesn't enjoy it, it isn't worth it. I did ballet from when I was 3-6 and it did help. When I was 6 I got invited to New Zealand's Steps program which integrates ballet, so I decided to drop it as I wasn't enjoying it anyway. It shows in my beam even...

Women Deduction question for floor - fall (L10)

Yes.On all Gymnastics events. So if on beam you do a skill then a huge wobble amd end up falling. You only get the deduction for falling.

My goal is to make it to nationals and do my flick. I live in NZso it is a lot easier to get in. You can make it from Step 5 (Level 5/6) upwards. This year I am step 6

Gymnasts Meet bun for medium length wavy hair

I have extremely thin hair but I would honestly just use a lot of hair ties and if your gym has a club scrunchie -amazing. If not look it up on youtube

Gymnasts Meet bun for medium length wavy hair

Is It Thick or Thin I recommend a bun unless you have a roll in your routine in which case I would Do 2 french or Dutch braids into a ponytail or alone.

Women Backward element - beam - NZ step 7

I also think a Valdez would count but I recommend trying a backwalkover they aren't as scary or hard as they look.
