This meet is still at the Convention Center as there was no damage. The Convention Center was used as an evacuation site. Starbound is very organized and already has all of the session information on their website. :)
Your daughter will receive her leo when she checks in and then she will go change. The past 2 years they had changing areas set up, but that was in a different venue. I would think they will do as they have in the past.
We don't have a parent's organization. We do have some fundraising through out the year, we have one Mom that seems to handle this stuff.

We are talking about Levels 3 - 8. The girls can move to the next Level, but they are not going to be permitted to compete until they are able to perform all 3 splits on the boards.
I don't think it is an unreasonable request, by any means. The majority of the girls have their splits on the floor, but in order for them to begin competing at the next level they must have them on the boards. No pun intended but this seems slightly overboard!

I don't think the meets we have attended out of state are easy scoring meets, but I guess that is open to interpretation. Unfortunately, my dd missed out on the Nadia Comaneci Invitaional last year, but our gym did well.
