How old are you now and what level? And I'm sorry for your back:( did you still condition while you were out and come in the gym occasionally to do like splits and flexibility(NOT back flexibility)???
Well I'm gonna be 12 and level 7 maybe 8, but I'm really tiny. 2020 olympics are when I'm 19, I can be level 9 next year (13) level 10 (14) and elite while I'm 15, 16, 17, and 18. Me and my coaches have talked about this before. I think she isn't too old. This is from a gymnast.
I start practice at 8, but I am always getting up and ready to go because I lie gym so much, is the reason your feeling "sluggish" is because maybe you don't like gym as much or maybe you don't want it enough to get up and work? Just a thought. No hard feelings please
At our gym this morning at workout, my coach showed us the new routines. TALK ABOUT DANCE!!! Still a little confused about some arm and foot positions on both beam and floor, but hopefully over the summer it will come more easily:) -Anna
This year I have had so many injuries that I can't even count!!! I have a friend who had constant injuries so she decided to take a break from gym, because her body couldn't handle it. I really don't want to do that because I know my body couldn't handle not doing gymnastics, even if it was out...
