    WAG BWO on beam hands

I've always interlocked my thumbs together when my arms are by my ears ready for the bwo. When I lean back and can see the beam, I seperate them and place my hands on the beam like I would for a handstand. It keeps me in line and because my thumbs are interlocked most of the time I'm always...

    WAG Bhs hand position

I used to have my bhs perfectly fine on high beam, but then i didn't do any for about a month because of a wrist injury, and now i can't get my hands in the right position. Like on the low beam, my left hand goes on the beam where it's supposed to go, but my right hand will land on the box next...

    WAG Hiccup problems..

Helloooo, so I'm having trouble with my hiccup on bars (toe shoot from low bar to high bar). It's not the toe shoot or catching the high bar that I'm having trouble with, I just cannot get a swing out of it to go into my long kip! Any drills/ conditioning/ technique changes that you can think...
