Most of our acro leos come from Russia, Blesk is the preferred vendor. There are some smaller, US based companies. A lot come from Etsy sellers as well.

I thought acro rules were changing to no longer allow skirts?

Where did you hear this? Acro allows both with and without. There are some rules about ones with skirts, but it would be a shame to force them not to have them.

I do not know the rules on skirts and Acro, but I could live without them. They are cute, but at her last meet my level 5 dd got her foot caught in her partner's skirt, earning a deduction (and scaring me because I thought she was going to fall) and we were told that her pal (also a Level 5 top) got a deduction just because her skirt briefly flipped up!
I personally like the full legged catsuits. Not sure how they feel, but they look cool.
