Anyone participate in adult gymnastics? Looking for a gym in va that offers classes.

It's hard to find gyms that will let you compete but there are quite a few that offer adult classes. Just do a google search or call the gyms around you and ask if they have one.

Depending on where you are, Capital gymnastics not only offers adult classes but they also have an adult team. They actually hosted an adult meet a couple of years ago and the ladies attend AAU meets. AAU and USAIGC all haveb adult age competitions. Fortunately more gyms are becoming open to adult gymnasts. Check out gymnastike. Spelled jus t like that. It has some great resource es for adults
