I’m an xcel gold gymnast and I feel like I always have pain in some part of my body. But the pain never lasts more than a week so it’s just there and I’m hesetsnt to go to the doctor for any pain because it always just goes away. And sometimes at practice it will be just hurting so bad somewhere but then be fine the next day. Common places for me to have pain are my back knees shoulders ankles shins calf’s and wrists or arms

Generally, if you are concerned enough about something to ask for medical advice on the internet, you should go see a medical professional.

That being said, it is very common for athletes who are in the midst of growth spurts to experience lots of random aches and pains. Bones, muscles, and connective tissues don’t all grow at the same rate, which can result in the body being temporarily misaligned and having weakness in certain areas that make small and big injuries more likely. I remember aches and pains being a constant issue through middle school and into early high school. I don’t know if that is happening to you but it is a thing that often happens to growing adolescents.
