Ok so I am a level 9 gymnast, and My sister is repeating her year of level 9 again, and she is having great difficulty. I need any advice that I can tell her or that I can show her. Any method would be helpful too. She has a fear of doing her giants and bail on bars. She does it with a coach and a spot, sometimes. I just really want her to be caught up so she doesn't have to feel sad and embarrassed with the level 7 doing giants.
