I have been struggling a lot with what bra I should wear underneath my leotard. I am 34DD so finding bras is difficult enough anyway, but finding one that doesn't fall off my shoulders, compresses my breasts and doesn't show too much (like a zipper, crossed straps or dark color do) feels like too much to ask for.

Yikes, I don't envy you! It gets even harder when you need an underwire (which I suspect is the case). My daughter got a nice skin tone one at Arie but I'm not sure it will work for you as she needs less support. Not sure if you have a specialty bra shop where you live, they are pricey but generally last longer. I know my local one if you find a fit you like in a brand they will order in a colour that works if you have all the details. Regrettably the bras range from $88 to $175 usually Canadian. I'm a bigger girl and love the ones from the UK they are so much better built! My favourite is the Prima Donna brand.

I do prefer underwire but if i buy them 2 sizes smaller I'm usually okay. Of course, sometimes the cup is too small.

Have you tried a minimizer from Wacoal? Because they are intended to reduce the appearance of larger cup sizes, they are also compressive so it might be the right amount of support. They are full-coverage in the front so that could be an issue depending on leo cut, but if you get the right cup size spillover won’t be a problem. There are two websites that I see them at- bare essentials and herroom. They have an excellent selection for that size.

Reminder to all: threads like this get a LOT of lurker views. Whatever you write in here, you can safely assume anonymous creeps are reading it.

@FrozenMode you're sharing a lot of detail here. Please be careful.
