Anon Coach suddenly leaving

My daughter’s coach who she has been with for many years has suddenly quit, giving the kids no time to say goodbye. My daughter is devastated. How do you help a child with this type of sudden loss?

Reminding them it is nothing that they did wrong and the coach leaving is not because of them, sometimes people just have things come up suddenly and unexpectedly that they have to deal with where they don't have time to say good bye.
