Evening all,

I’m doing some extra conditioning with my daughter to help aid her progress can anyone recommend any exercises/programs that can be easily done at home.

Thanks

Besides the above... all the normal... pull-up / push-ups / sit-ups... etc.

Don’t forget working flexibility as well! Splits (front, middle, straddle), pikes, and bridges. Single-leg lifts and kicks also improve active flexibility in these areas.

An easier variant of press handstands are just good-old-fashioned wall handstands (facing the wall as close as you can with only “nose and toes” touching).
