I had an argument with a friend so I am asking this here and I hope someone will solve this riddle :)

If a gymnast could do 10 pull-ups, 20 leg lifts on stall bars, 10 L to V leg lifts on stall bars, 20 push-ups (elbow as close to the body as possible), a 10 secs V-Sit, 1 straddle press handstand and a standing pike press....

Would this gymnast be able to do 10 chin-levers, 5 chin-up pullovers in a row, 5 windshield wipers and 5 "around the worlds" if he has never ever tried it before?

beat me to it ! Yes! They have the basic strength, the rest is about guts and determination.

Thanks for your answers!

So am I right, that although if this gymnast never ever tried a chin lever or chin-up pullover, she or he could do some reps, because they have the strength to do it from the pull ups and leg lifts?

We have a bet, she said yes and I said no...that's why I am aksing!
