Off Topic Does anybody else do this?

Does anybody take really cold showers, even in the winter? I take really cold showers all year round. This may seem like a weird question (and it is), but I was just wondering. Everyone thinks it's weird I take showers like this.

I take really hot showers all year round, but I also end with a 30 second (or so) blast of cold water at the end. Have always done that.

I used to do the 30 second at the end thing when I was a kid. Thought it would make me feel warmer when I got out of the shower. Don't think it helped and I gave up with it. Lol.. Now only in the summer, oh and when my housemates use all the hot water up grrr. Bad at the moment with close to freezing evening/ nights. All year cold showers = weird but that's ok, I like a bit of weird!

Never in winter, but frequently in summer....especially after yardwork!

I take walks with my dogs in the summer and then take a cold shower (or jump in the pool). I don't take cold showers in the winter though!

Lol I usually take cold showers in the summer after practice because I get warm. But in the winter, sometimes the hot water is all used up, so I use cold. I got accustomed to cold showers ever since. Well, there's that little backstory.
