Women Duration to learn new skill

My daughter is a first year Platinum and I was wondering from the coaches how long does it typically take to learn a new skill, (specifically a half-on half-off vault) and compete is safely? Thank you!

It depends on the athlete. Half on-half off is vey easy for some and they can get it in a few weeks or take quite a while.
