I'd love to hear some inspiring stories from D1 gymnasts or parents of D1 college gymnasts, who may have had fears at a young age.. 10-11-12.. that proved their coaches and doubters wrong and overcame those fears and became successful D1 college gymnasts.

Or were most college D1 gymnasts fearless and not have many setbacks and that's why they became D1 college gymnasts?

I wrote about that in my fiction book "Leap Year" (available on Amazon)

. It's for readers 12 years-adult.
"It is so scary doing something new for the first time without a spot. By the time we get to competition our fear is invisible and known only to ourselves. If only our parents knew- but how could they? For me the fear has always been worth the fun."
