This is kind of random, but I'm so happy I can't contain it!!!

After more then a year of working on back handsprings on the beam I finally went for it on the high beam!! I didn't even get a spot on the first one!!! (spots bug me) And I didn't die!!!

So, how's everyone else doin with gym? :)

WOW! That's great! I don't even have my back handspring with a spot... on floor!
Anyway, good for you, you must feel in heaven.
I'm doing good, got my one handed front walkover, yay!
Oh and yesterday I finally achieved a mexican handstand!

Good job GymCatGirl! That's a big step!

I finished my level 6 (USAG) season placing fourth AA at state and second on beam (0.025 away from first!). I didn't fall on beam ONCE this year which is a GIGANTIC improvement from last year. My high AA score of the season was 35.2, which I think is pretty good considering I have major issues with back tumbling. I actually got three 9's on beam which is AMAZING for me!
