Finding inspiration, Motivation or anything

Another thread inspired me to ask what do you (or your DD) do to motivate you before a meet? Do you have any pre meet rituals, warm up rituals? What do you do to get you through those days where everything is so hard you just don't want to do it any more?
 
This may sound weird but i keep a dime (favorite coin) in the rolled down portion of my shorts, man that sounds weird even writing it but for a starnge reason it makes me feel better that something as small as a dime can withstand all the flipping, spinning, falling, and collisions that it goes through. Its basicly by lucky penny but as a dime :) I also have a bag of candy, like shockers, in my locker for after gym if i did something that scared me or was hard. Competition also motivates me well even if its agaisnt myself. I don't have any rituals for meets though (i gave up on lucky items after i choked on beam in my North state meet).
