I’ve been working on handstands on the floor for 2 years and my hands/fingers are very comfortable when they’re on the floor in a handstand.
However, when I hold onto my canes, I instantly get sharp pain between my fingers (where I’ve circled in blue) because of how far apart I have to spread my fingers to grip the canes. Is this something that everyone experiences and I just have to get used to it slowly over time? Or are my hands maybe too small for these blocks?
