I am going to do my first giant today and i will post a clip of it.

good luck!!

I did giants on highbar (forward, backward) 28 years ago. After such a long time - last year I decided to do it again... this is so much fun, but requires pretty good physical conditions..

giants are one of my favorite skills--then again bars is my favorite event. Giants are sooooo much fun. my coach once described them as a roller coaster ride....at the top (in the handstand) and as you swing down is like going down the huge hill of the roller coaster but then when it reach the top it's a sigh of relief....

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
