I am currently working on round offs and managed to do a few with a 12 in under the beam but i’m now scared of them and don’t know how to get the back to 12 in mats (i did it like 5 days ago). I also am working on front tucks on beam and wondering how to spot the beam to not miss your feet? any advice is useful.

Take your round-off back to where you won't be scared to do it, and work your way up. Floor line, laser beam, low beam with panels, wherever you would be comfortable, and then move up to a higher beam or flip down a panel when you feel confident enough to do so. Also, as always, try talking to your coaches about it and see what they think!
