Parents Flip fest adventure camp

Looking for feedback on the flip fest Fall Adventure Camp. Has anyone been to the three day camp and did you find it worth it?
The three day camp cost is not expensive but for us it's also a flight from Canada

The optional girls on DD's team have gone for the past few years. Her HC really feels that it's worth it and requires that all the optional girls attend. From what I understand, they bring in elite coaches (think they had Kim Zmeskal and Mary Lee Tracy last year) to observe the gymnasts' routines and provide feedback for the coaches. They also do alot of tough conditioning from what I heard. This will be DD's first year going to the fall adventure and she is so excited!
