Not a particular level, most likely used in L7/8 to meet the front acro pass w/ a salto in L7 or the double salto pass in L8.

My daughter had teammates who competed this floor pass in level 7.

Level 7 can do it, but it is not required to connect 2 front saltos until level 8. It incurs a lot of deductions in level 7, so it should be used only if it can be done very, vey well. The second salto needs to be higher or even with the first one, not lower.
