Good Morning,
I am a level 3 coach to 15 great gymnasts. Some are second year level 3's but most are first year. States is in April and seems we've reached that mid-season rut. The kids are bored however their once beautiful skills are becoming a bit sloppy. If anyone has suggestions for me to apply to my practices, I'd greatly appreciate the help. We're working level 4 skills too, but even then some kids who aren't quite ready for those get frustrated. I need to put a "fun" twist on practice but definitely can't lose the girls focus. We have 2 meets left, then its on to states. I must keep that meet in their sights, as we will need to be very confident and successful in order to place.
Thank you!
