What’s the best way to transition a gymnast from shiny bar giants to chalk when you don’t have double support assistance and aren’t strong enough to support a baby giant on your own due to the height of the gymnast?

Same question. If you have a pit, then the athletes don’t really need to spot. Our boys coaches just stand on the platform and nudges them over if they get stuck in a handstand. Once the boys move to the competition set, the coach spots from the ground.
