Women Grips with softer dowel?

I remember seeing on here a long time ago that someone mentioned a brand of grips that had soft rubber dowels. For adjusting to dowels or an in between option rather than just dowel or no dowel. I can’t find it again or remember the name. Does anyone know what these are called?
