Gymnastics&More Camp

My team is going to a summer camp at Gymnastics&More in Myrtle Beach, SC. Has anyone ever been to this camp? The flyer says that they have a workout on the beach for one of the days, so do they take equipment onto the beach or something? If anyone has been to this camp please tell me what to expect! This is my first time ever going to camp, so I am a little nervous!

DD went last year and had a blast. They worked out on the beach one day, I think Wednesday. They brought some floor beams and mats. Also a mushroo, weights etc. Different stations were set up. Had a mini tramp that they did flips from onto an 8 incher, tumbling on mats, conditioning, beam, swimming.

DD's gym went back most nights for open gym after dinner.

I think you'll have a blast. DD's team is going again this year, first week.
