Hi,
I joined a few days ago. I am a former gymnast. Competed at my Jr High and then on a rec team at a private club. I was Class 3c. Some of you know what that means, if you don't it's okay - it was a long time ago
I coached beginners a bit but that was also awhile ago.
Now I have 2 children who are gymnasts. I did not set it for my kids to do my sport, but they are well suited to it so they fell in love. My ds is 12yo and level 5, he heads to regionals next month. We are very proud of hum because he works really hard and has grown a ton as a gymnast and a person through gymnastics. I am also learning a lot about men's gymnastics. It's way more interesting the more I understand.
My dd is 9yo and just got invited into the level 3 team. She is quite excited. She is my performer and also love theater.
