Hey y'all. My name is Kristin and I have been coaching for around four years. I currently coach at a gym in South Carolina working with the level fives and up. I am excited to use this site as a resource for networking, learning new drills, and seeking advice from other coaches. ​

I live up in Quebec and have three kids, two are in gymnastics the other is away at college. I used to coach back in the day but now I get my gym fix here!
