Yea, that's how it worked until I got my new phone. I've talked to two different people at Google on two separate days and gotten nowhere. They are currently "calling me back". For like a week.

Nope. Just a new device. iPhone 5c to iPhone SE. Puma Sr (11yr old theater DD) got my old phone for Christmas. I tried it from that device too...
