Injured heel.

I have been struggling with heal pain, on the side of my heal. I have a lump on the outside of my foot. It is super painful to walk and now hurts when at rest. I went to the medi centre yesterday and got told I have planter fasciitis. Not sure if this is right though because its not painful on the bottom of my foot. I am going to see my doctor tomorrow and hopefully get an x-ray to make sure its nothing else like a stress fracture or heel spurs. Hoping for a good x ray and doctors appointment and quick recovery of whatever it may be.

It's always sad to hear when a gymnast gets injured, take care of yourself and go easy on it until you know for sure what it is - if you don't let it heal it could get much worst!

Anyways....good luck with your x-ray, hopefully it's something minor
