Hi! As a gymnast myself I've always struggled with my body image.

I feel larger than all my teammates, and first realized when I watched back a video of my at practice. Since then, I've gone through cuts to lose weight but gained it back after a stressful few weeks. I know I should focus on fueling my body, to get better (which is my main goal), but I can't help but see everyone else in the gym and know that I'm the heaviest there. I'm not fat fat (5'6 and around 150 lbs) but I'm definitely not like any other gymnasts in my gym :/

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this or advice on what to do?

Weight is not an accurate indicator of health and fitness in general, and ESPECIALLY for athletes. Muscle is dense and heavy.

As for how to navigate an eating disorder, I think that's a bit above this forum's paygrade; you should talk to your primary doctor. They'll most likely direct you to a dietician and/or a therapist, both of whom can help far more than any of us can here.
