wow, i was just expecting another montage with inspirational music and a couple of corresponding clips, but man that speech was brilliant with the footage. To be a gymnast you need to pick yourself up when you are down, and tell yourself it is for yourself, and if you want it hard enough you have to go for it, i must keep this in mind next practice.
