You could do dead cows into the pit (if you don’t have a pit you could go onto a large resi?)Basically a castaway and instead of flipping you just stay tight and land on your back. Focus on letting go of the bar when your toes are at the highest point. Really try to get that tight candlestick position and maintain it until you land. You want your toes to be up high and to let go of the bar almost simultaneously in a quick, smooth motion. For the kip focus on ending it with your toes in front of the bar, and pushing the bar down from your shoulders all the way to your hands (shrug your shoulders)That’s all I have!
