Daughter is looking for less hours in the gym and thinking about shifting to Xcel Diamond. Skills wise, is this a lateral-ish move? The only thing she's aware of is needing a "C" on floor (she has a full) and needing to flip her vault, which she was training throughout level 7. Anything else major I am missing? I want this to be as stress free as possible...if that's possible in gymnastics.
