Off to the milano sale at stupid o clock in the morning....wish me luck....have heard its worth the trip. I love my Sunday lie in so it better had be.

Wow, it was well worth the trip. Got 6 amazing leotards (inc 2 long sleeved) for £20 each. Also a lovely hoodie. That's Christmas and her birthday sorted. Think I'm going to have to sell one though....it must have been on the wrong rail...it's a 34 and it will take DD forever to grow into.

I'm mad at myself for not checking, but it was like being in the middle of a rugby scrum for an hour. Made the Next sale seem tame by comparison. Have already had someone offer to take it off me though, so not too bothered.

step daughter works for Next, she says they line up from 5 am - madness

:-) Hope to buy our first Milano on eBay some day. I participated in one auction half heartedly so far. Beautiful leos.

Unexpectedly, DD received a Milano leo a couple of weeks ago. Her HC gave her a leo that belonged to her daughter when they lived in Ireland. Her daughter is a my daughter's coach as well. Needless to say this leo is ****priceless***. It could have been a shredded rag manufactured from Wamart & it would have been precious beyond compare. But looking @ the tag - it's a Milano size 30. We are hooked :-)

loads on ebay.co.uk and many people will post to the US. I find Milano longer in the body and narrower than some other brands, suits my daughter beautifully.

We usually go to the sale too but missed it this year due to a competition. We love it. We get loads to stock up our kit rail. We've only ever had 2 dodgy ones, one with someone else's name on the back in diamantes and one which had a mark on the material. Both sold regardless because they were such bargains!

Diamonte's can be removed with nail varnish remover :). I have a couple of leo's with the gym name on- I plan to remove them to sell on e-bay. If there's any marks I cover with another diamonte' transfer...

Now that is interesting. Do you dab it on from the back?

I saw a few coaches there getting 2 styles of leotard for their entire team. I had to admire their tenacity and dedication as it wasn't for the faint hearted.
