Parents Need experienced TOPs parent ASAP

My DD made it to national test and this is our first time participating (she is in the 9 yo group). We are needing to make a decision quickly about wether to send her alone with coach or for us parents to attend but I have a lot of questions like where do parents go during the test? I know about the parent meeting during the one day but I guess I am wondering if you can just "hang out" on the ranch grounds or should you plan another activity for yourself elsewhere while DD as at the test? Can you as a parent purchase a meal at the Cafeteria? Lots of small questions if there is a parent who has already been there, done that, and would be willing to email me, I would greatly appreciate the insight!
