Off Topic Piercings and gymnastics?

I've been thinking about getting my cartilage piercing ever since I got my third loves back in August. My only question is, how would this work with gymnastics?

I obviously won't be getting a hoop or a very large earring, but will it affect anything in gymnastics?

You can have one stud piercing per ear, doesn't matter where in the ear. So just couldn't have the cartilage piercing and a lower piercing in at the same time at a comp.

At USAG meets, only one stud per ear - wherever it is. I have multiple piercings in each ear and leave a cartilage in one ear and a conch piercing in the other. Other governing bodies may have different rules.

Other than that, shouldn't affect your gymnastics unless you slam your ear into a mat or something or it's prohibited in your gym.
