I am currently experiencing problems with one of my head coaches and need help deciding on what to do.
My head coach folllows one of my parental gaurdians on social media and my parental gaurdian posted a video of me working up skills. My head coach saw thiss and told my parental gaurdian that she needs to take the post down because it is "sloppy, looks bad for the gym, and is not done properly." The caption of the post was working up skills. There is no way that this makes your gym look bad. And of course itss not perfect I am learning the skill.
Later that day my head coach said to my parental gaurdian that I was "being rude, making other kids cry, getting complaints about me, and my other coaches went up to him and told them they want to quit because of me." Mind you NONE OF THIS IS TRUE
So my parental gaurdian did what every parent would do and asked both of my other coaches if this was true. They said "No she is the least of my concerns. I come into work excited to see her an to talk to her, and coach her."

Now I constantly feel as if my coach is bullying me. He yells at me for things that I never did, or other gymnasts are doing and blames it on me. He gives compliments to every gymnast except me now and works with every gymnast except me. He has refused to work with me. He also makes fun of me all the time.
He asked if I was excited for school and I said "Yes just a little nervous."
Then he went to my parental gaurdian and told her he doesnt want to hear me complain and he does not care and he wants me to stop talkinig about school. Mind you he was the one to bring it up.
This coach has been working with me since I was 6 and I am now 14.

The problem is if I were to leave the gym I would have so much to lose. I am not only on the team, but I junior staff for the gym, my parental gaurdian works for the gym, and my other sport is connected to the gym. If I left I would leave litteraly EVERYTHING behind.

What do you think I should do? Should I stay and just live with it or should I move gyms?
