Coaches position of free leg in turns.

I've seen, and done, turns on beam in a hundred different ways. That being said, would there be a deduction for a full turn, on beam, with the free leg in a fish pose position? That's if it was done cleanly? Wouldn't be my choice in choreographing a routine, personally speaking, but we have a gymnast who does them nicely. I don't think it would technically be a deduction, but I'd like to make sure. This is for a level 7, and up.
