Yes, there are age MINIMUMs for the lower levels.

It sounds like you're really excited for your girls, as they sound like they've got some talent. However, it takes more than just a couple of skills to join a team. From what I understand, you are going back home to find a gym? The best thing is to have them do an evaluation and see where they think the girls should be placed.

Yes the gym we were at back home wanted them to join team, they seem to be good listeners and catch on quickly which seems to be beneficial we have an evaluation scheduled for when we get home at another gym that was recommended to me. We will see what they have to say

Since they will be 6 soon I understand they can compete, but in your opinion is that too young for some reason?

YES. after 7 for some kids. after 8 for most.
