WAG Rips with Grips

Dos anyone have any advice for healing rips that happened while using my grips. I’ve gotten rips before when I didn’t have grips but I have a meet soon and I want it to heal faster and not agitate it in practice. Any and all advice is welcome

Tape your hands, you can still tape them with grips on

Tape during practice and competitions. Also, my daughter swears by this stuff. She puts it on at night and then covers it with a bandaid or gauze.
