I get sick very very often and It has been driving me crazy but this week even more so. I got sick last Wednesday and missed practice Thursday and Saturday, Monday I was pretty much better and was back to doing my everyday activities but Tuesday I woke up not feeling top notch, I felt worse then I had the previous day but with new and different symptoms. I decided to miss practice Tuesday and now it is Wednesday and I find my self laying in bed sick with a cold ( A different illness then I had last week) having two sicknesses in a row seems kind of extreme. It's not the most gymnastics related thing but please let me know if you have any advise for getting better faster. Thanks!
