Is there a deduction for doing a straight body cast handstand that arches on the way up but straightens out at the top? If so, how do I keep my body completely straight on the way up?
There would be a deduction for any body shape that is not straight (arch and pike). I have not worked straight cast hands in a while (switched to straddle for now), but think about pushing your shoulders over the bar like you would do in a squat on or a straddle cast hand, and keeping a hollow shape on the way up
