Hooray!!! Take a list/her usual workout and go through it with the PT. Ask specific skills she can do or should avoid and also ask about volume of each. A good PT with gym experience should give her good core rehab that is actually challenging for a strong gymnast and should also be able to go through her list of usual work outs and give direction and gradual return to full volume over the course of about 6 weeks from "clearance" to "full practice." Good luck!!
