A couple weeks ago, when I was doing ROBHS on floor, my wrist just started to hurt. I didn't land wrong or anything, it just hurt. To this day my wrist is still bugging me. I can move it and do gymnastics, it just hurts. What should I do?

See a doctor or physiotherapist, as soon as possible, before it gets worse. You might need to rest your wrists for a while and do strengthening exercises for them. Tiger Paws can help to prevent (not cure) wrist injuries so you might want to invest in some for the future.

I'm pretty much better now, but now I lost my ROBHS. Ah well. I'll get it someday. At least my wrist feels better.
